Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain an old fashioned glass that is full of ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Passion Fruit Syrup

Slice 4-6 passion fruits in half, scoop the pulp into a bowl and place to the side. Combine equal parts sugar and water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the passion fruit. Let the fruit steep in the syrup for two hours then strain into a container or bottle with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate until ready to use.
